Purchase information under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Read this before buying ToMoshiMoshi calling credit.
1. Seller and contact
ToMoshiMoshi is operated by Leonel David Castaneda Mendoza, an individual business operator. Contact: contact@tomoshimoshi.com. The business address and telephone number will be provided without delay upon request at this email address, including before purchase. No account or purchase is required to request them.
2. Prices and additional costs
Prepaid credit packages: ¥1,000, ¥2,000 and ¥5,000, providing the same amount of JPY calling credit. These are the total amounts charged by ToMoshiMoshi; no shipping or separate service fee is added. Internet access and any currency conversion or fees charged by your bank are your responsibility. The current domestic Japan call rate is ¥125 per connected minute, calculated by whole connected seconds and rounded up to a whole yen. Available credit is reserved for a call and unused credit is released after settlement.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is a one-time purchase through Stripe Checkout using the eligible methods shown there. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Check the selected package and total before confirming payment. Credit is delivered to your signed-in account after successful payment is verified, normally promptly; asynchronous methods, provider delays or outages may delay confirmation. If payment remains pending, contact support with the transaction identifier before attempting another purchase.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may leave Checkout before confirming payment. After purchase, no voluntary refunds are offered, including for unused credit or account closure. Billing errors, duplicate or unauthorized charges, failure to provide the purchased service, and mandatory legal rights are excepted. Email support with the transaction identifier to request review. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method; posting times depend on the payment provider. Refunded or disputed credit may be removed or held. This policy does not restrict rights granted by applicable law.
5. Conditions of use
Credit has no expiry, is not transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Each purchase provides only the selected package; no minimum number of purchases is required. Calls require sufficient credit, verified email, a complete profile and available capacity. The service is for adults aged 18 or older and supports calls to Japan. Use an up-to-date browser with JavaScript, essential cookies and an internet connection. AI results and successful bookings are not guaranteed. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details.
