Where can it call, and in which languages?

For now, it can call numbers in Japan (+81). The assistant can speak Japanese, English or Spanish. The app and conversation translations are available in English and Spanish.

Is it a person or an AI making the call?

An AI makes the call using the goal and details you prepare. You can follow the conversation in writing, respond when it asks for information and end the call from the app.

Do I need to stay during the call?

Yes. Keep the app open: if information is missing or a decision is needed, the assistant will ask you. You don’t need to speak on the phone.

What if I don’t know who to call?

You don’t need a place in mind or a phone number. We help you find restaurants, clinics and other businesses near you or in your chosen area of Japan. You choose the place, then we prepare the call.

What do I need to get started?

Create an account and verify your email. Prepare a call with a phone number or find a business. Before calling, complete your first and last names, review the request and authorize it.

How is my data used?

Your profile and call history are stored in your account. You choose whether to share profile details on each call. The goal, details and responses you write are processed to carry out the call; the conversation is saved as text so you can review it later.

What if nobody answers or the request can’t be resolved?

The outcome appears in your history so you can review it and decide what to do next. Reservations and appointments depend on the business’s availability; completing the request isn’t guaranteed. The service is for everyday tasks, not emergencies.
